CARIVERR, INC. is a local on-demand delivery marketplace connecting customers and businesses with
independent delivery partners for same-day and scheduled deliveries, with real-time tracking and proof
of delivery. Cariverr offers two service tiers, Standard and Express, and currently operates delivery
in New York and Pennsylvania, including New York City, where it meets the app-based delivery
minimum-pay standard under Local Law 115. Cariverr does not currently accept delivery orders with a
New Jersey pickup or dropoff point. CARIVERR, INC. is registered at
