For customers & businesses
Where does Cariverr deliver?
Delivery is live in New York and Pennsylvania. New York City is supported. We do not currently accept delivery orders with a New Jersey pickup or dropoff point. See Coverage.
What are the service tiers?
Standard for everyday local and scheduled deliveries, and Express for time-sensitive jobs that should be prioritised ahead of Standard work. Both include tracking and proof of delivery.
How is the price decided?
A quote is calculated for your specific pickup, dropoff, timing and tier, and shown to you before you confirm. See Pricing for what affects the quote.
Can I track a delivery?
Yes. An active delivery can be followed in real time from pickup to dropoff.
Will I get proof of delivery?
Yes. Completion is recorded against the job, including photo and timestamp evidence where the job calls for it.
Do you handle business and repeat delivery?
Yes. Businesses with regular or high-volume local delivery can set up a partnership account with a single point of contact. Email operations@cariverr.com.
For delivery partners
Are delivery partners employees of Cariverr?
No. Delivery partners are independent delivery partners — self-employed businesses. They choose when to work, use their own vehicle and can work with other platforms.
How do I apply?
Apply through our driver apply page: cariverr.com/driver/apply.
What are the requirements?
You must be at least 18, have a valid driver's licence, a roadworthy vehicle with insurance as required by law, and a smartphone. You must also pass identity verification and background screening.
How and when do I get paid?
Completed deliveries are reconciled and paid out weekly. Each job shows what it pays before you accept it.
What is the NYC minimum-pay guarantee?
In New York City, Cariverr meets the app-based delivery minimum-pay standard under Local Law 115. If a delivery's pay falls short of the required floor, Cariverr tops up the difference. Partners remain independent.
Can I deliver in New Jersey?
Not currently. Cariverr does not accept delivery orders with a New Jersey pickup or dropoff point. Delivery activity is in New York and Pennsylvania. See Coverage.
