A nearby independent delivery partner accepts the job. You are told who is collecting and when they are expected at the pickup.

Follow the delivery in real time from pickup to dropoff, so you can answer your own customer without chasing anyone.

Delivered
Proof of delivery — including photo and timestamp where the job calls for it — is captured and shared so both sides have a record of what happened.
A closer look
2 · Match
A nearby independent delivery partner accepts the job. Standard and Express are matched the same way; Express is prioritised. You are told who is coming and when to expect them.
3 · Track
Once collected, the delivery can be followed in real time. If your own customer asks where their order is, you already have the answer.
4 · Delivered
On completion, proof of delivery is captured and attached to the job — photo and timestamp where the job requires it. The delivery is then reconciled for payout.
What if something goes wrong?
No partner available yet
If a job is not yet matched, it stays open for matching rather than being silently dropped. We would rather tell you a job is unmatched than pretend it is moving.
A delivery is delayed
Tracking reflects the actual state of the delivery. Support can be reached through support@cariverr.com for delivery-partner side issues and contact@cariverr.com for customer and business enquiries.
A problem with the goods
Handling, packaging and contents are agreed at the point of request. Where a job needs special handling, say so up front and it is recorded on the job.
