Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility target, current practice, and how to reach us if something does not work for you.

Our commitment

CARIVERR, INC. wants this website and our services to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We are working to make accessibility a normal part of how we build, rather than something added afterwards.

Conformance target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this website. Our current focus areas are:

  • contrast: body text and interactive controls meet the AA contrast ratios;
  • keyboard: every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link;
  • structure: semantic landmarks, one main heading per page, and correctly associated form labels;
  • text alternatives: images that convey meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology;
  • responsiveness: layout reflows for small screens and for text zoom, without loss of content or function;
  • motion: animations are minimised and reduced-motion preferences are respected.

We do not claim full conformance where we have not verified it. This statement describes our target and our current practice, not a certification.

Known limitations

  • Some content is necessarily summarised for a marketing audience; the full detail lives in the agreements themselves.
  • Maps and diagrams on this site are provided as simple, described illustrations. Where a map conveys information, an equivalent text description is provided.

Feedback and requests

If you meet a barrier on this website or in our service, tell us. Email contact@cariverr.com with a description of the problem and the page or task involved. We will work with you to provide the information or complete the task by an alternative route, and we will use the report to fix the underlying issue.

Formats

If you need information from this website in a different format — for example larger text, plain text, or a version that works better with your software — ask us and we will provide it.

Standards we reference

  • WCAG 2.2 — Level AA
  • Section 508 (United States federal accessibility requirements) as a recognised reference standard
